#57 Team Rained Out at Richmond...
The Mayhem Motorsports team made a last minute decision on Saturday, June 28 to head to the nearby Richmond Raceway in Richmond, Kentucky instead of Florence. A regular show was on tap at Richmond last Saturday night, but unfortunately Mother Nature stepped in and canceled the event. The #57 team will return to Richmond on July 5 for a $1,500 to win show!

Joey Tackett Back in Action at Florence!
After several weeks off from Dirt Late Model action, Joey Tackett and the #57 Mayhem Motorsports team invaded the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky on Saturday night, June 21. A $2,000 top prize was up for grabs in the unsanctioned event. Joey wound up sixteenth in the final rundown at the Cincinnati area venue and will try his luck again at the 1/2-mile, high-banked speedplant on June 28. Timmy Yeager Once Again Wheels #57 at Florence...
The Mayhem Motorsports team once again had good friend Timmy Yeager behind the wheel of their #57 GRT machine at the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky on Saturday night, May 31. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned the annual running of the 'Ralph Latham Memorial' last Saturday and a $10,000 top prize was up for grabs. Timmy unfortunately could not find his way into the 50-lap main event after finishing tenth in his heat race and electing not to start the B-Main. Joey Tackett Credited for Fourteenth Place Finish at Florence!
The "Iceman" Joey Tackett paid his first visit of the 2008 racing season to the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky on Saturday evening, May 24. The King's 1/2-mile, high-banked dirt oval played host to a $1,500 to win weekly event last Saturday. Joey finished sixth in his competitive heat race to earn a coveted starting spot in the main event. The Richmond, Kentucky native then drove his #57 GRT entry to a respectable fourteenth place performance in the A-Main. The Mayhem Motorsports team plans to be back at Florence on May 31 for the annual running of the $10,000 to win 'Ralph Latham Memorial.'
